Courtney Fredricks Bell About Courtney- Courtney Fredricks Bell, a native of San Diego, joined David Schroedl and Associates in 2001, a year after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado. Working hands on with David, a long-time top producer in La Jolla, Courtney, a third-generation Realtor, quickly realized that real estate was in her blood. Her real estate motto has always been- "Rock-Solid Dependability and Star Quality Service", thus eventually coining the nickname "RockStar Realtor". Diane Medina About Diane - Diane is a Southern California native who launched her real estate career in San Diego in 1984 as a sales associate. Even with interest rates as high as 19% she was successful from the very first year in the business! Diane went on to acquire her broker's license in 1999. Marc Lipschitz About Marc - Marc recently joined Prudential California Realty with David Schroedl and Associates to focus on the La Jolla Residential Market where he is currently a homeowner. Marc is a 20-year veteran in commercial real estate. He has facilitated over 700 lease and sale transactions representing over $300 million in value. Including leasing and sales of industrial/flex and office properties, single tenant buildings, office building, retail centers and land.
