Courtney Fredricks Bell, a native of San Diego, joined David Schroedl and Associates in 2001, a year after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado. Working hands on with David, a long-time top producer in La Jolla, Courtney, a third-generation Realtor, quickly realized that real estate was in her blood. Her real estate motto has always been- "Rock-Solid Dependability and Star Quality Service", thus eventually coining the nickname "RockStar Realtor". Courtney is familiar with all parts of San Diego, and has sold homes from the North County to the South Bay and everywhere in between.

Diane Medina
About Diane -
Diane is a Southern California native who launched her real estate career in San Diego in 1984 as a sales associate. Even with interest rates as high as 19% she was successful from the very first year in the business! Diane went on to acquire her broker's license in 1999. She is a second generation Realtor following her mother's successful career as a Broker as well. Diane's experience consists of sales, assistant to top producers, executive assistant, developing web sites, and she is well versed in all aspects of REO's (bank–owned properties). Diane has always provided excellent service with integrity to her clients.
In August 2009, Diane joined David Schroedl and Associates and is looking forward to many successful years.

About George -
George has over 30 years experience as a real estate broker. He has a wide range of successful business experience and has owned several companies. George currently specializes in coastal residential real estate. He served as a military officer for 4 years and has an electrical engineering degree and a masters in business administration. His hobbies are tennis, bridge and skiing. He is happily married to Linda.
